Conditioner for Brunettes

Taking care of the colour of my hair is always something I have struggled with. I have tried tonnes of different hair styling and hair care products to prolong the colour of my hair, but not many products live up to their claims. I have found one which actually does.
This is the Henara Bronze Shine Conditioner with natural henna and walnut extracts. I had never heard of this conditioner or the brand previously, but the brand have a selection of other hair care products which I will definitely be investing in.
This conditioner is designed to enhance brunette hair. I have been using this conditioner for a few weeks now and the colour of my hair looks freshly dyed and vibrant. I usually dye my hair every three months or so, and by the second month the colour starts to become more dull. This hasn't been the case while using this conditioner though. It leaves my hair feeling super soft, looking healthy and full of life.
The best of all? This product is incredibly affordable; I have found it online for as little as £1, what a bargain.

Lip Liner Love

I have never really been a huge wearer of lip liner up until the last Year or so. I love a bold lip but am often too shy to try anything too bright or bold, so usually opt for a nude or pink lip. I was sent two lip liners from online store Mypure; a website which specialises in beauty, skin care and more made from natural and organic ingredients. If you have sensitive skin like I have, I would definitely recommend Mypure, as the products they stock do not contain any nasty chemicals and I have found every item I have tried from Mypure to be really gentle and not irritate my skin at all.

The first lip liner is the Living Nature Lip Liner in Laughter. The first thing I want to mention is this is incredibly soft when applying to the lips; there is nothing I dislike more than scratchy lip liners that are harsh and drag on the skin, so I would definitely recommend them if that is an annoyance of yours too! Second, the colour is a soft, rose pink and lasts a good few hours on the lips.

The second lip liner is the Inika Lip Liner in Sugar Plum. I absolutely love this colour and goes well with a lot of nude and pink lipsticks. The staying power for this product is really good, and doesn't bleed or wear off all that much throughout the day.

Both lip liners are available to purchase online at Mypure. Don't forget to follow Mypure on their social network platforms which are linked below, to keep up-to-date of all their offers!

Lavera Eyebrow Styling Gel

I am really big into styling my eyebrows. I have been waxing, plucking, shaping, and filling in my 'brows for Years now, and I love being able to refine and shape my eyebrows. If I can find a product to help with this process, I am all for giving it a go, so when I came across the Lavera Eyebrow Styling Gel online at Mypure, I was keen to trial it out to help tame my brows.

The Lavera Eyebrow Styling Gel has a comb and a quick drying gel, meaning you can brush your eyebrows into shape, and then apply the gel; which is slightly pigmented to a dirty blonde/hazel colour, which dries really quickly and helps keep your 'brows in place for hours. I find the brush the perfect size for my eyebrows and the spoolie brush which you apply the gel product with is easy to use and is a good tool to apply the gel to the brow evenly, with no mess.

Overall I am fairly impressed with the product. It helps me to keep my eyebrows in place, as well as giving a very subtle tint to them, which is good for me as it means I don't have to fill them in with any other brow product. I probably wouldn't reach for this on a night out as I prefer my brows to look much more defined, but for an every - day work look I would definitely use this as it achieves a very natural look. The product lasts well through-out the day, which I think is pretty impressive. The product is also made using only natural and organic ingredients and is not tested on animals, which is always a good thing when purchasing beauty products.

The Lavera Eyebrow Styling Gel is available to purchase from Mypure online for the RRP price £10.50.

New In: Benecos Makeup Brushes

I am always on the hunt for new makeup brushes. They are probably one of my favourite beauty items to buy! I just think that if you have great tools to apply your makeup with, it can make a whole difference to the way your makeup appears. I recently picked out a few makeup brushes from Benecos; a natural beauty brand, to put to the test.

The Benecos Powder Brush (RRP £9.95) is perfect for applying setting powder, as well as doubling - up as a fairly good blush brush. The bristles on the brush are super soft and fluffy, and as the brush is large, it is great for distributing powder across the face. When I use this to apply my setting powder, I feel it gives an even and flawless finish. Overall I cant really fault this brush, I think it does a great job and is worth the price tag. I have tried other powder brushes which cost much more than this one, that don't achieve the results this brush does.

The Benecos Rouge Brush (RRP £8.95) is much smaller than the powder brush in regards to the handle size. The Rouge Brush is great to use to apply highlight, bronzer and even blusher. The brush has a slanted cut of the head, which helps to give a more accurate application of bronzer or highlighter. I love this brush to apply highlighter, as it is super soft and gives a very defined application. I would definitely recommend this brush to anyone looking for a slanted powder brush, it is brilliant for the price.

My first impressions of Benecos makeup brushes are that they are very soft; they don't shed, wash well and apply my makeup really evenly and well. I am definitely going to be trying more from the range!
Both brushes are available to buy online at Mypure.

Have you ever tried natural makeup brushes before?

Benecos Lip Liner

Hi everyone! It feels a little odd tapping away at a computer again, I had an impromptu break from blogging and I have missed writing my posts and talking to you all in the comments and on twitter a lot more than I expected. My blog has been a hobby of mine for the past four Years or so, it is definitely something I want to keep working at and improving on, so thank you for all of your continued support. Also, apologies for my awful camera skills!

Today I am sharing my thoughts on a lip liner by Benecos, in the shade brown. This lip liner is super affordable and costs only £3.95 from Mypure online. The brand Benecos make BDIH certified and natural products with beneficial ingredients. They sell a range of make - up, body, hair and skin care. If you are into your natural beauty products, the brand Benecos is one you should definitely look out for.

The lip liner is very pigmented and is easy to apply; it isn't rough on the skin and applies very smoothly. It doesn't bleed throughout the day and stays put for around 4 hours.
The lip liner is a colour I wear a lot on the lips; it is a great nude and is perfect to pair up with a nude or pink lipstick, or even to wear alone. I am a big fan of how soft and creamy the formulation this lip liner has.

I have worn this alone as a full lip product, and as a lip liner paired with lipsticks. I feel it does help my lipstick to stay in place and give a more definitive look. I think for the price, this is a really good product I would recommend. I will definitely be checking out the other shades in their collection.

Have you got a favourite lip liner?

Perfect Nude Lip: Lipliners

It seems a lot of people have been loving the nude lip look this Winter, I haven't been brave enough in the past to create a bold nude lip, but recently I have been trying a few new lipsticks and lip liners which I think are worth mentioning to achieve a great nude lip. Today's post is going to be focused on two lip liners from MyPure that I have been using a lot and think they are a real staple for my nude lip look.

Firstly we have the Living Nature Lip Pencil in Woods. This is probably my favourite of the two. The product is very soft and creamy and applies well without drying the lips. The colour is a medium brown nude. I like this lip liner by both using it to line the lips as well as being an all over lip colour. This is a perfect nude lip liner as it suits all of my nude lipsticks, including more pink toned lipsticks. The staying power on this lip liner is great as it lasts around 5 or 6 hours without smudging.

We then have the Inika Lip Liner Pencil in Nude Delight. This nude is more of a light gold and shimmer nude, perfect to line the lips with for a bold nude lip and looks great for a night out. I really like the colour of this nude lip liner as it suits most nude lip product shades I have. This lip liner stays on the lips for around 3 or 4 hours.

Overall I would definitely recommend the Living Nature lip pencil in the shade Woods. I think this an all--rounder good lip pencil that defines the lips and helps to create a nude lip look. I also really like the Inika lip liner in Nude Delight, although I think the Living Nature lip liner does last longer on the lips.
I have been really loving both of these lip liners. What are your favourite lip products to achieve a nude lip look?

Madara Micellar Water

Madara Micellar Water beauty blog review

Micellar Waters became very popular last Year; so many brands have released their own and we now have a huge selection of micellar waters to choose from. I have incorporated micellar waters into my skin care routine in the past, and I do like to use them when cleansing my skin. I have tried them from a variety of different brands, and have been pretty bowled over with the results. This Month, I have given a natural micellar water a try.

Madara are a well-known natural skin care, hair and body care brand; I have used a selection of their products in the past and have always found them to be gentle on the skin and work really well for me. I hadn't realised they had bought out their own version of a Micellar Water, so I was interested in seeing the results from using a natural beauty brands version.

I have been using this product for around 2 to 3 Weeks now and have found it a really good product to remove make-up. It really does take all of my make-up off with just a few cotton pads. It is very gentle and doesn't sting or irritate the skin. After using this, my face feels very clean and refreshed. I'm not sure if it hydrates my skin but it certainly does leave it feeling cleansed and soft, and doesn't cause my skin to break out so I am overall quite impressed. I think this product is perfect if you have sensitive skin and find other cleansers, toners and make-up removing products irritating to your skin. As this product contains no chemical nasties, and it is a certified organic product, I find that the ingredients do not irritate my skin.

The Madara Micellar Water is available to buy online from Mypure here for £12 .

The Lowdown on Natural Soap: Le Savonnier Marseillais

Le Savonnier Marseillais is a brand I had never heard of before, so I was interested to hear more about the history. It is a family company, which specializes in their original solid soaps, and now their olive oil based liquid soaps, which is what I am featuring in my blog post Today.
I opted to try the Peppermint Essential Oil version of their body soap; yet they do have quite a selection of interesting fragrances. The reason why I picked this one is because one of my favourite scents is peppermint, it makes for a perfect Morning shower product as it is so refreshing and really helps to wake me up. This soap is brilliant for both a shower or bath, it really smells like peppermint and the scent lasts on the skin for a short while after using; which I think is a great thing - I love to smell of peppermint!

The product is made from 100% natural ingredients, is dermalogically tested, and suitable for all skin types. The product is also made from real essential oils, and no synthetic scents or colours are used in the making of the product.

The liquid soap lathers a lot and so quickly, so it makes for a great bubble bath too! My skin feels so soft and nourished after using this, it is very relaxing and I have enjoyed using this liquid soap for both a quick shower on a Morning and a relaxing pamper bath on an evening. The scent, in my opinion, is pretty impressive and I love that it is made with essential oils which I know do my skin the world of good. I find products with a pump so handy and very convenient, especially in a shower. A little does go a long way, so I would see this as a good purchase as the 500ml bottle lasts a long time.

Le Savonnier Marseillais Extra Pure Olive Oil Body Soap - Peppermint Essential Oil retails at £12.50, and is available to buy online at MyPure here.

Isle Of Wolf Candle in Rose Absolute

Isle of Wolf Rose Absolute Candle Image and Review from Zoe Lianne Blog

For the past few years I have been going wild with my love of candles - I am really interested in home accessories and love burning candles in the home, so my collection has grown throughout that time and I am always looking to try something new. I tried an Isle Of Wolf candle for the first time a few Months ago (you can read that post here) and I was so impressed I decided to try another one of their candles out; this time I decided to go for the scent Rose Absolute . I am a big fan of floral scents and rose is such a beautiful fragrance so I had high expectations of how this candle would scent my room. This candle proved impressive, as it left the room smelling like a beautiful rose bush. The scent really does fill the room, it is a beautiful scent and I love the fact that the scent lasts and you can smell the scent when you reenter to room. If you are a fan of sweet rose scents, I am sure you will like this.

The candle burns so well and clean, meaning there is little to no waste and I can reuse the holder again. I absolutely love the packaging of Isle Of Wolf Candles, they look stylish and decorative. Isle Of Wolf candles are made from 100% pure plant wax, and they are scented with 100% natural oils. As the soy wax is GMO free, this ensures for a clean and long lasting burn, while still giving a great fragrance to the room. All Isle Of Wolf candles come with a fitted heatproof and scratch proof coaster.
The entire Isle Of Wolf candle collection is available to order online at Mypure for £15 each.

Have you tried Isle of Wolf candles before? What is your favourite candle scent?

New Balance Me Protect and Shine Conditioner

I've been looking back at old blog posts recently, and I noticed how much I have wrote about conditioner - it seems to be something I buy quite frequently, and I definitely know what I do and don't like in a conditioner. Who would have thought an average, every - day item would be something I enjoy writing about so much?! I'm not really sure why I am a little fussy with the conditioner I use in my hair, it may have something to do with having sensitive skin and oily hair - I want a conditioner that doesn't irritate my scalp and leaves my hair feeling super soft and in good condition.

Balance Me are a brand I started using just a few Years ago, and pretty much everything I have tried from them has worked perfectly for me. Balance Me products are made from natural ingredients which is ideal if you suffer from very sensitive skin as natural beauty products may be able to help as they do not contain nasty ingredients and chemicals which are found in a lot of beauty products.

This conditioner helps to give my hair that boost and leaves it feeling a lot more strong and not quite as lank and weak as it usually feels. My hair is damaged from dyeing and using hair tools etc, so a good protecting conditioner really seems to make the difference in not only the appearance of my hair, but also the condition.
Something I wasn't expecting from this conditioner is that it smells really good, even my family have commented on it smelling quite fruity. Overall I am happy with the product and am looking at all of the brands other hair products now too!

You can buy the Balance Me Protect and Shine Conditioner online here from Mypure for £10 *currently £8.50*

Lovea Pink Clay Face Mask

Are you looking for a new face mask? Do you suffer from sensitive skin? Are you a fan of natural products? If you answered 'yes' to any of those questions, then this blog post may be of interest to you.

Lovea are a brand I have featured on my blog several times before. As you may know, I have reviewed some of their products on behalf of MyPure; an online store that stock all natural beauty products, which I definitely recommend you check out! This Month my skin has been suffering a little and was in need of some TLC, so a pamper evening was long overdue. I love a face mask and usually apply a face mask once or twice a fortnight when I am having a bad skin day or if I am having a relaxing evening. I opted for Lovea's Pink Clay Mask. Lovea state that clay has been 'used for centuries to purify the skin and remove toxins. Under a microscope clay looks like a giant porous sponge, it attracts toxins and then binds them deep inside the clay ready to be rinsed off the skin'. Lovea stock three different clay masks to suit different skin types, I opted for the pink clay mask as this is for sensitive skin.

To use, you simply apply a layer onto your face and then remove five minutes later with water. The mask does dry quickly and smells pleasant. The results were that the face mask made my face feel smooth and clear, as well as feeling quite refreshed. I have used this face mask around four to five times now and so far so good! I would probably purchase this in the future as I think it is a reasonably priced product; considering Lovea is natural beauty brand, I think that is pretty good.

The Lovea Pink Clay Mask is available to buy online at MyPure and is currently priced at £6.99.

Madara Regenerating Night Cream

When it comes to skincare, I have mentioned before that I have a few firm favourites but I am always on the look out for new products to try. I was wanting to try out a new night cream, and came across the Madara Regenerating Night Cream which claims to help stimulate cell renewal and reduce visible fine lines, as well as repairing skin damage and supporting skin's restorative functions. As the brand claims it helps to achieve hydrated skin, I was eager to give this a go.
The night cream is natural and organic; not tested on animals, and is suitable for all skin types. Perfect for those with sensitive skin!

I have been using this as my only night cream during August, so that I could see if I see any difference to my skin. I thought that the product felt really silky and didn't feel tacky or greasy once applied to the face. After using this for a few Weeks, I have noticed my skin is left feeling soft to touch. I think it is one of those products which leaves your skin feeling very 'fresh' the next Day. I am impressed with the way my skin feels after using this for a length of time. I'm not sure if it is a regenerating product, but I do notice my skin looks and feels better than it did before.
I think the packaging looks great and I love the silver pump. I really like simple packaging like this.

I use Madara's Balancing Toner; which I have talked about previously here, and think that both products work really well in conjunction together.

I would recommend this product if you are looking for a night cream which helps to smooth out your skin. I personally do feel like it is a high end price, but the product itself works really well for me and it is naturally made so it is worth the price for me.

The Madara Regenerating Night Cream* is available online at Mypure for the retail price of £26.

Isle Of Wolf Natural Perfumed Candle - Cinnamon Spice

If you are a long - time reader of my blog, it will be of no surprise to you that I am reviewing another candle today. I love burning candles - I know it seems to be a bit of a blogger trend but I honestly find it really relaxing and can't remember a time in my adult life that I haven't loved a good candle.

I have been burning a candle by the brand Isle Of Wolf recently - a brand that I was unfamiliar with but had heard only good things about. Isle Of Wolf make handmade candles, which are made from 100% pure plant wax and are scented with 100% natural essential oils. As the soy wax is GMO free and the wick is lead free, Isle Of Wolf claim that this 'makes a very clean and long lasting burn whilst still emitting a delicate fragrance'.

The scent I opted for was Cinnamon Spice - I know this is often seen as a Autumn/Winter scent, but I just adore the scent of cinnamon all Year round.
The packaging of the candle is very appealing - the box would make it a great gift to give to a friend or relative. Each candle comes fitted with a heatproof and scratch proof coaster, which is really thoughtful and handy.

I found the scent to be simply stunning - it is difficult to describe scents but it is quite a strong and non-synthetic smell. It made my bedroom smell very homely and inviting, a scent I would definitely choose again. I love spicy and woody scents, so this was right up my street.
The burn time for this candle is 40 hours, which I find really impressive. The candle did burn incredibly even and clean, which meant barely any waste at all.
The Isle Of Wolf Candle in Cinnamon Spice is available at Mypure online here for £20.

Bentley Organic Shampoo with Tea Tree, Lemon and Mint

I have a real love of hair products which contain tea tree and mint; I love the distinguished scent it leaves on your hair and it makes my hair feel really clean. I know that tea tree is supposedly really good for hair growth, as it is said to help unclog hair follicles. I was browsing online and saw the Bentley Organic Shampoo which has the scents of tea tree, lemon and mint, and instantly wanted to try it.

I have tried Bentley Organic products in the past and really enjoyed using them. Bentley Organic are a natural and organic brand that do not test on animals and are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
I like the simplicity of the packaging, and I think the size of the bottle (250ml) means it will last a good while.

The shampoo lathers quite well and the scent is fairly strong, (but not overpowering) and lasts on the hair. After using this shampoo, my hair felt extremely clean. I think this shampoo is a great daily - use shampoo as it does cleanse the hair well and doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy.
I do suffer from an irritated scalp, and have found no further irritation from using this product. Knowing that their are no nasty chemicals included in the ingredients of this shampoo is really satisfying and I would be happy to use this product again.

Overall, I really do like this shampoo. It isn't an outstanding, holy-grail product, but I would use it again and recommend to anyone that likes their hair products to be made from natural sources. It cleanses the hair really well and has a nice, refreshing scent, so a big thumbs up from me!

The Bentley Organic Shampoo with Tea Tree, Lemon and Mint is available to buy online here from MyPure and has a RRP of £5.20.

Natural Beauty Buys: Bentley Organic Bodywash with Olive, Tea Tree and Eucalyptus

Natural beauty products are becoming something I am a huge fan of. Until a few Years ago, I used pretty much any bathing or washing product I could get hold of, and was always tempted by a good offer. Nowadays though, as much as I still do love my bargains, I have realised that I have sensitive skin and there are quite a few products which irritate it further. Natural products are great if you suffer from sensitive skin, because there are no 'nasty' ingredients included in the product. Mypure has become one of my most visited websites, as I have been loving their huge range of natural beauty products, particularly their body washes.

This Month, I have been using the Bentley Organic Body Wash with Olive, Tea Tree and Eucalyptus. I hadn't heard of the Bentley Organic brand before, so I did a little research and found that they specialize in creating a unique range of certified organic products. Bentley Organics ethos is to make 'organic lifestyle choices more accessible for all' by producing natural products which are affordable. This is fantastic, because natural beauty products are usually more costly than an average product, so it is great to find a natural brand which is reasonably priced.

The body wash itself foams up really well. The body wash lasts a long time. The consistency is thick and feels like of a silky and soft texture. I have also noticed that my skin doesn't react to it, which is good. I really like the scent of the product too, its very fresh and revitalizing - great for a Morning shower. Its a very refreshing body wash and cleanses well too, which is of-course what I mainly look for in a body wash! I would definitely repurchase this product and would be interested in trying more from the brand.

The Bentley Organic Bodywash is available to buy from Mypure online.

EcoTools Bamboo 6 Piece Brush Set

I already have quite the collection of make-up brushes, I probably don't need any more but I love a bargain and I love gift sets so I just could not refuse giving this Eco Tools Bamboo 6 Piece Brush Set a whirl. Admittedly, I do already have two of the brushes that are in this set, but they are really useful and great quality I thought it would be great to have a backup as I use them so much.

The 6 piece brush set includes a Blush Brush, Eye Shading Brush, Angled Eyeliner Brush, Concealer Brush, and  Lash & Brow Groomer, all contained in a hemp and cotton case which is ideal for travelling.

The blush brush is perfect for applying blush, and doubles up as a good powder brush or bronzer brush too.
The eye shading brush a brush I already own, but I feel it is worth having a few of these. It picks up the product quite well and distributes it without any fall out. The angled eyeliner brush is a brush I use regularly to apply product to my eyebrows. I do not use it for its main purpose as I don't often wear eyeliner, but I have found it makes a great tool for filling in my 'brows. It is just the right size and I don't find any fall out of product when using this brush.
The concealer brush is great to use to apply and blend concealer. It could also double up as an eyeshadow brush too.Lastly, the lash and brow grooming brush is pretty much self-explanatory. It is perfect to groom and brush my eyebrows and is something I use every day.

I personally think this brush set is very affordable and worth purchasing if you are on a budget or just starting out with using make-up brushes. The set contains the essentials you need and is reasonably priced at just £14.99 for 6 useful makeup brushes. As all of the brushes are good quality and I have not experienced shedding with any EcoTools brushes that I have tried, I think they are really impressive and worth looking at if you are looking for some new brushes.

The Eco Tools Bamboo 6 Piece Brush Set is available online at Mypure.

Sun Aftercare with Lovea

As it almost the middle of the Year, a lot of us are jetting off on Holiday soon in hope of a lot of fun, adventure and relaxation. Protecting our skin in the sun has always been an important part of a holiday for me;  it is important to be safe in the sun, which is why I always take plenty of protectant sunscreen with me, and opt for body and hair products with a high SPF. Something I tend to forget is after care - after sun lotions are really important if you have been sunburnt as they help to cool and soothe skin, as well as helping to prolong a suntan.

I suffer from sensitive skin, meaning that sometimes I can't use certain body or skin care products because they irritate my skin. My Sister also suffers with sensitive skin and eczema, so she has to be
extra careful with the  products she uses too. This is why both of us opt for products with minimal artificial ingredients, as these ingredients often irritate our skin. This is why I decided to test out the Lovea Natural Aftersun Lotion, in hope that it will soothe and calm the skin without irritating it further.

The Lovea Natural Aftersun Lotion has a thick consistency and is not greasy or sticky when applying to the body. It absorbs quite easily into the skin.
The scent of the product is very subtle but is pleasant, and smells of...
I would recommend this aftersun lotion to anyone that may have sensitive skin and struggles to find suncare products that work well for them. I would also recommend Lovea's Kids Natural Sunspray SPF 50 which I reviewed in full last Year here.

You can purchase the Lovea Natural Aftersun Lotion online at My Pure. It retails at £9.99 for 125ml of product.

Natural Beauty Buys: Balance Me Super Toning Body Wash

Balance Me are probably one of the most talked about natural beauty brands I have come across. I have tried quite a lot of their products and I would admit that I am a huge fan of the majority of their body care and skin care range. Its not often that an entire range from one brand entices me, but with Balance Me, I feel their products are brilliant quality and they work really well for my skin.
I have tried both their Rose Otto Body Wash and their Super Moisturising Body Wash in the past which I really like. I fancied a change though, so opted for their Super Toning Body Wash as I don't remember that I have tried this before. The body wash is designed to 'firm, plump and smooth' the skin as well as cleansing and keeping the skin feeling moisturised. I was intrigued by its tone - enhancing claims and wondered how effective it would be.

The product feels like a luxury item to me, and makes me feel a little extra pampered than when I use other body washes. I am a big body wash and shower cream fiend so I know what I like and what I don't like in a body wash (I know, I'm a nerd) and this one definitely ticks the boxes for me.
The scent of the body wash is spa inspired, with a blend of juniper, geranium, lavendar and bergamot. To me, it smells very strong and would be a great product to wake me up on a Morning.
Something I love about natural products is that my skin doesn't become irritated from using them. I mention this a lot on my blog, but I do suffer from sensitive skin and when I find a product which doesn't cause me any irritation, I will harp on about it forever!
This body wash is on the pricier side costing £9 for 200ml, so I would probably only buy this again if I was really treating myself. The product would last me a while as a little goes a long way, so I think the price is reflective of the length of time it will last, and the quality of the product itself. I do think it is a little more special than an average body wash, and if you suffer from sensitive skin it may be worth spending a little more on a product like this which only contains natural ingredients.
Balance Me Super Toning Body Wash is available to buy online from Mypure.

First Impressions of the Eco Tools Bronzer Brush

I am a big fan of Eco Tools Make Up Brushes. I have quite the collection now; a lot of them being firm favourites that I use everyday. I love the ethos behind Ecotools, as their make up brushes are made from recycled aluminium, bamboo and have cruelty free bristles, which as a brand makes them very enviromentally friendly.

I have been after a new bronzer brush for a while. Bronzer isn't something I use every day - I haven't found the perfect bronzer for me just yet but I really wanted to invest in a good bronzer brush for when I am wanting to add some glow and colour to my face in the Summer Months.
The Eco Tools Bronzer Brush is the perfect size for distributing the product, as it is a large brush I use it lightly when applying bronzer and the application is great.
For the time I have been using the brush, it hasn't shed at all - I must say that out of all my make - up brushes, the Eco Tools brushes are the brushes that shed the least.
I have used this brush with bronzer and I have used it as a powder brush, and it works well as a tool for both. I have found that I only need a small amount of product onto the brush as it distributes the product really well and if there is too much product on the brush, my face is covered in the product which is great for when you are using the brush to apply powder, but not bronzer. I do really like the quality of the brush and it applies powder really well. Although I don't think it is the best bronzer brush out there, I do think it is a great budget - friendly bronzer or powder brush.
The bronzer brush is available to buy from MyPure online.

Alva Organic Creamy Lipstick in Naked Pink

Having quite a large collection of lipsticks in my beauty stash, I have become quite well - behaved when it comes to picking up new ones. I have been very selective and quite sensible with the colours I have been choosing - I have tonnes of plums and reds so I have stayed away from temptation to buy more. A shade of lipstick I am always happy to add to my collection though, is a nude pink. Nude pinks are so easy to wear for me, as I find that 'my lips but better' tone so easy to pull off and I don't have to worry too much if the shade suits me etc. I certainly don't need any more nude pinks as I have quite a lot already, but I know this new lipstick will be very well-loved, and as I tend to use these shades every Day, it will be very well-used, too.

The lipstick in question Today is one by the natural and organic beauty brand; Alva, and is in the shade Naked Pink. Naked Pink is one of four shades from their Orgnanic Creamy Collection, the other shades being a red, orange and purple. The lipsticks are certified vegan and organic, and cost £14.15 each. I will be the first to admit that I think the price is quite high; up there with the likes of other high-end brands. Do I think Alva delivers on the lipstick front? Yes I do. The Organic Creamy Collection was created with ingredients such as apricot kernel oil, natural vitamin E, and cocoa butter to ensure the lips are left feeling soft, silky and best of all, moisturized. The product applies well, being able to build up the colour as much as you like without the product drying out the lips. This is a great attribute to the product if you suffer from sensitive skin like me, as I often find that constantly reapplying a lip product makes my lips very sore and irritated. The lipstick lasts well on the lips for around 4 hours without the need to reapply it, which is good going for a natural product to last so well in my opinion.
Alva's Organic Creamy Lipstick in Naked Pink  is available to buy online from MyPure.
